Every month on the last Monday we engage in what's known as 'All-Hands'.
This is an opportunity for the different business units to share with the company what they've been up to and what exciting things have been happening lately, in a series of short presentations by each team.
This is also a great time to get to know who is responsible for what and to ask any questions about a side of the business you might not know about.
Important business decisions are often presented during the Town Hall, so it's important to not miss these if possible.
