⁉️ What Standup?

Simply put, we meet everyday at 10am for 5-15 minutes for a progress update to kickstart the day.

Some call this a Daily Huddle.

This is a rapid fire style updates where everyone on the team will share:

1. What did I accomplish yesterday?
2. What am I going to work on today?
3. Any blockers I need help with?

If someone needs help, we make sure the right team member is on it.

If everything is good, we start the day on a positive note!
